A new partnership with an Italian mill that produces collections for some of the top Parisian design houses yielded Boy by Band of Outsiders' most serious effort to date. "I used to cut my womenswear pieces from the same fabric I used for the men's," designer(designer toj) Scott Sternberg said at the show.
